Appeal Policy
If you should receive a billing or charge from the staff, or from any Committee of the Board of Directors that you feel is unjustified, you may appeal the decision to levy such charge to the Board of Directors by presenting a written statement to the Board, detailing in a clear, accurate, concise and honest manner the circumstances and facts that you believe to be relevant. Such written statement shall be presented not less than ten (10) days prior to a regularly scheduled Board meeting for timely consideration.
