There are many things that you may want to know about the Cooperative and its inner-workings that we have attempted to outline here.

The Organization of the Cooperative is its Members, who elect a Board of Directors, who form Committees for various functions. The Board of Directors also hires a Managing Agent who then has supervisory capacity over the Cooperative Staff in the office and on the maintenance crew.

The Board, with the assistance of its Committees and input from the management staff form policies which are meant to insure that things run as smoothly as possible for the benefit of the Members. A necessary part of some of the policies are forms, which allow the members to keep the Board informed of pet ownership, family changes, and (sometimes) even their neighbor’s un-neighborliness.

We have included some pictures from around the Cooperative, and from some of our events, in order that you can see what a great, fun place this truly is.
