The Board of Directors hires a manager, management company, or managing agent to conduct the general day-to-day affairs of the Cooperative, including collecting the monthly housing charges, paying the bills, overseeing the on-site office and maintenance staff.
Our current management agent is Kirkpatrick Management, and their main office is located in Indinapolis, Indiana. A representative of the management agent is on site at least once each week to coordinate with the on-site staff to be sure business is being conducted in a timely and orderly manner.
