Return Check Policy

Any member who has a check returned to Stratford Townhouses for insufficient funds will be charged a return check fee of $18.00 by Stratford Townhouses. This fee is in addition to late fees and is subject to change by the Stratford Townhouses Board of Directors.

Any member who has two (2) checks returned for insufficient funds during a given calendar year will then be required to make all payment to Stratford Townhouses by certified check or money order.
