Washer and Dryer Policy

1. An area is provided for all units for your convenience to install washers and/or dryers.

2. If installation requires any modification or alteration of the building structure or utilities, a Unit Improvement/Alteration Permit is necessary prior to beginning work.

3. The modifications, which include, but are not limited to, are as follows:

a. Any electrical modifications (i.e., 240 outlet);

b. Any gas piping modifications (i.e., adding or changing piping and shut-offs);

c. Any structural modification (i.e., boring holes through walls, partitions, joists, studs, etc.)

4. ALL CHANGES TO ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, AND STRUCTURAL PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING MUST BE COMPLETED BY A CO-OP APPROVED LICENSED CONTRACTOR - PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
